Hello everyone,
Can i use zotac gtx 630 4gb with gtx580 1.5gb in same time?
I heard that kepler and fermi architectures are different from one another and octane team is trying to optimize kepler for octane. If these cards can work together in same time i am gonna use gtx 630 for its high ram capacity and gtx 580 for high speed rendering.
Thanks.
Using kepler and fermi gpus in same time

Hi JuM,
Yes you can use these at the same time.
Just note (if you didn't know already) that if you use both to render a scene then the available VRAM for the scene will be the lowest of the two - ie: 1.5GB.
There is nothing stopping you enabling both cards, and if you find your scene fails to render because you are out of VRAM then disable the 580 in the preferences.
Cheers
Chris.
