Hey,

Just posting some random pictures I did today (more will come) while having fun with FiberMesh (ZBrush).
Quite hard to set with a mouse but I mostly wanted to see how it looks without smoothing on Octane.
And the result is quite impressive, actually :D!
Render is done using 2x 680 with Path tracing, the long hair is actually 1 million of triangles...

Very nice! What kind of speed are you seeing with the dual 680s? How long for these images to resolve to what we're seeing?

Mec4D had done some amazing things with Fibermesh hair & has a few products on the market designed for DazStudio's Genesis figure that take advantage of the system. Here is a sample rendered a few Octane versions back. The facial, head & chest hair are all 3D

Thank you,Took around like 20 minutes for this result, the long hair was very hard to render. but the short messy hair that I didn't do anything on it took like 2 minutes to render at this result.
Yeah I saw the Mec4D's stuff, pretty neat :D wanted to try very long hair!
