Hi all! This is my last renders in Octane. This project is not finished yet, but i'd like to show it to you. Render time is about 2h with (PMC maxsamples 2000) on my GTX580.

Very good, very very good...how did you compose the grass and trees? forest pack? any hint? I'm about to start building an exterior myself but i would loved to be helped in such matter..congrats! :D

Only two notes
the dark wood is too much glossy and the brick texture has a visible tiling.

One of the best images I have seen so far. Great work ! The stones of the chimney are better on the first image imho. They looks like a little blurred on the second one. Besides that the image looks very natural !

The lighting in the first image wins it for me. There's something about the light shining through the gaps from behind that sets a really peaceful mood.
