Softimage integrated plugin (how is it coming?)

After seeing the latest Octane for Max vid's in Ray Tracey's blog I am sooo excited for this to come to si.

Any news or information at all?

An exporter is not what I had in mind but integration like Max has...

Unless I'm missing something? Are you working on the integration and we are so very far from how well Max has it?

hi pluMmet,
actually the 3dsMax plugin is the official pilot plugin. it is and will be more advanced that the other integrated plugins because it where the features and capabilities of the other integrated plugins are streamlined after. development of the other integrated plugins did not commence at the same time and their release dates will be varied... cheers

face is working on both the XSI to Octane exporter and the integrated Octane for XSI plugin. He posted a really cool video of the integrated plugin on our licensed customer forum recently, it's coming along very nicely.
