Is that just the sun to light the scene?

Also, dont know if it is just DOF, but you may want to find a higher resolution road image, the part close to the camera looks like it is too low res, but looks great at farther away.

The last one looks really nice. The placement of instanced geometry is great. Multiscatter is awesome tool.
