Yes you right when you said (Too bad for di outside gasses that doesn't work fine with the background.) but this pictures is not the final renders I wait for the comment for the client.
I think the images have many noise iclusive 30000 maxsamples, I think have a many lights or this version 3.00a (What's your opinion about the time? 7 hours it's still a lot to me and there is still some noise. Sure scene is complex but...)

how many GPUs are you using (write down the HW info as a signature)
7 hours seems to be a benchmark for interiors.. it took me 3 hours on a less complex interior with 4 GPUs
lets wait for the next kepler generation of GPUs for that - unless octane comes up with a new core for interior renderings maybe
