+1 For Forest Pack as well!!
its so great to know Octane is working better than vray!
:):):)
I never used Multiscatter mainly my 1st contact with a scattering tool was Forest pack, Forest pack has a TextureMap called Forest color that u can use to "tint" randomly Elements in a tree for example, this is VERY useful if u just wanna use only a few models to save on RAM and such...does Multiscatter have something like that, it would be so nice if Octane could support this texture map.

I have no idea how to make Forest Pack support, but if will have a lot users, I can try to do it.

i beleive Karba will do a better job integrating multiscatter since he developed it
, and we get better support - and I beleive it will be easier for him to do that one first.. but it means it is going to need some tutorials, multiscatter looks more complicated, forest pack is really easy to set up at a basic level, two clicks and you get something - also there are more supporting meshes for itoo i beleive - in any case a octane+multiscatter + tutorial is going to be essential
i think I loked at multiscatter and nothing seems obvious at first look

multiscatter is really easy and fun
here is a link with some basic tutorials, take a look and everything will become clear.

Awesome work on the integration of MS though - the stuff you are doing is really moving Octane into a production ready state.
