Just a follow up to say thank you for your quick responses. Removing all other third party plug ins did not work. If you can look into what my issue on this is further, i'd greatly appreciate it.
NOTE: I have the latest octane standalone and the latest octane c4d plugs that you have posted.

Where would I find the latest NVIDIA Driver 335 or newer?

Octane C4D Application Crash 415
Hoping you can help me troubleshoot this crash. Screenshot and Bug Report Uploaded. If I remove Octane from my Plug-ins Folder, all is fine. Are there any known conflicts with other plug ins causing this?
