Ok. Just a note to others. I had downloaded the latest graphics driver that Dell listed for my laptop, but it wasn't the latest. I got the latest from the nVidia website.

Ok. Well. I went back into the folder, and for some reason decided to right click the file, which gave me a choice to run as administrator (something I would have never thought of). It tried to open, but then told me I didn't have a CUDA capable device, even though I have a Nvidia Quadro 2700 M on ...

not recognizing CUDA device
I've not had this problem, on my computer, with other programs. I am the only user and thus the "administrator." However, I'm getting the following message when trying to open the Demo program:
