Proper Install?
Its been a while since I have installed a new version of Octane for Houdini and I am totally confused with the proper way to install. I am getting an error(see attachment) when starting up Houdini. The Octane shelf appears in Houdini but nothing functions. I know that this has something to do with ...

Re: Vdb Animation
oK finally figured it out. No $F in the file path, just pick any random file in the sequence, set digits to 4 and put in your start and end numbers.
Works.
Works.

Re: Vdb Animation
Set digits to 4, still nothing.
This shows up in the log "cannot import a regular grid from an empty voxel buffer," I assume that is a problem.
Yellow box shows up only when I load one file from the vdb sequence and it also renders just fine.
What units should I be adjusting?

Re: Vdb Animation
I am having the same problem here. I have a vdb sequence number smoke_0001, smoke_0001, etc. and the smoke_$F.vdb in the file path but nothing is showing up, I get the "vdb: not found" message. The vdb shows up when I select a individual file and render.
Is there any new documentation on this ...

Re: VDB Sequence Problem in Octane
Hello
I am having the same problem here. I have a vdb sequence number smoke_0001, smoke_0001, etc. and the smoke_$F.vdb in the file path but nothing is showing up. The vdb shows up when I select a individual file and render. Also where is this "Update Volumetrics" option? I can't find it anywhere.

Re: Edges Rounding
This seems not to work with mix materials? I do not get any results in the IPR.
I have a bunch of cylinders in a crowd sim but that shouldn't have any affect with Octane, right?
