Problem solved, it turned out that SUPlugin can't reach license file if name of user is written in cyrillic symbols.
Thanks to Bro we found it and now I can proceed with rendering :D

Made uninstall of plugin via control panel: QIP Shot - Screen 084.png checked for no any octane folders inside Sketchup folders: QIP Shot - Screen 085.png then made reboot, then started SU: QIP Shot - Screen 087.png and after made install of plugin from your post, bug splat again ...
