OCIO Menu System Missing Element

Hi Aoktar,

Moving our discussion over here so the concerned user(s) can follow.

The issue is about some "color spaces" missing from some OCIO packages (config-file) in the menu. It has been mentioned that this is a plugin-side issue and from my own tests, this is not occurring on various Standalone versions.
