I'm having a mind block today! I can't get what I think should work to work.... I'm wanting a piece of glass to be absorbitive of the light (is that even a word!) I don't want to add a specular material with transparency. I want the glass to be colored and and absorb different amounts of light depending on the thickness, like real glass.
I know this can be done...but combinations of using the medium material with others is not giving me anything. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Yea I'm just getting nothing. I'm using Lightwave nodes, not stand alone. Any guidance in there? Really appreciate it.

I did some testing with those...but typically use direct lighting for my exterior scenes.juanjgon wrote:Are you using the Pathtracing/PMC kernels?
