wet reflective Surface

I would like to create a ground surface with different levels of reflectiveness like it had been raining how would I go about this ? thanks in advance

Mixing two materials (one wet and one dry) using the material mixer? You can use a procedural or an additional texture map to control the materials mixing pattern.

Thanks for the reply, sorry a little confused, so I could use say an black and white would I connect that to the material mixer ?

Yes, in this case I'm using a procedural, but you can use also a texture image as mask.
