Very nice illumance in the scene.
how ever i cant get rid of that, game engine feeling and look.

I agree with Radiant, and here are my reasons:
-The hills need more detailed geometry and textures (the current texture is odd).
-You need to use an HDRI for the lighting. Right now it looks like it's just flat, brownish lighting over the whole scene, which is why it looks like a game.
However, the town section does look nice.
Also, I would suggest using one of the Live DB water materials to add realism to the water. It looks completely flat as it is.

Nice scene. However, I agree with other comments.

Maybe also too many lanterns for a small town like this one...
