Are you not allowed to add stuff in post for this competition?
I see atleast ½ a day worth of photoshopping grass, trees, flowers in to cover the green ground completly as well as finetuning the building it self with post wear, color corrections, dramatic new dropplate with a cloud photo and people and many small details normally tedious to render but much quicker to add afterwards.

I think it would be well spend hours as your base is fine, but the rest is missing.

I like the wood panels, it feels natural, really nice. Just to be annoying you need to map your leafs, and the chimeny would look better with a little displacement, the base floor looks more like concrete than wood, it might need a little coarsness, on a side note: what's the deal with the recess pillar in the front porch? you know how much torque you are adding there? (just kidding, but I couldn't help it)
I like it, and if you could add all that [gk] asks for it would be really something  , but as it is, right now, it does look really good.
