what do you select for render buffer? Floatbuffer or 8bit? Renderer takes vram for output buffer. you can estimate it by width*height*4 bytes for 8BIT BUFFER or width*height*16 for FLOATBUFFER. Also textures will consume the vram with same formulavolkmar wrote:aoktar wrote:
1.2gb vram? Is it free or total? what do you see on LV while working?

Hello!
When I filled out the filepath field at Render Passes and hit Save - there is popup notification window.
I click "Ok" or "close" that window, but window appears again and again and it don't let me do any action.
The only way - close process through Task Manager and restart Cinema.
It appears at R14 & R15
And... since there is such thing - I haven't get any pass with RС2 (exclude alpha channel)
Have I could been somewhere wrong?
Thank you

oh, russian C4D and passes are russian. I think that's my mistake here. It looks english names to detect passes. I'll fix it.desire wrote:Hello!

You may think to write at least C4D/OS infos. Not for this comment but also bugreports/scenes/etc.., when it's possible.
Thanks anyway

My apologies. I'm usually good at giving proper feedback. I assumed it was a known bug.aoktar wrote:

I don't get a proper report, because C4D just hangs, when i close the Node editor. It's on every scene on Windows r16 version.
This seems to happen on r16 Windows version, but not on the r15 Mac version (running in r16). Maybe i'll try running the r15 version in r16 on our Windows machines.
Another Node Editor issue on Mac only (and i know it's a WIP, but i figured i'd mention it), is that if you right click and go through the menu system, the curser turns into the rainbow ball every time. It doesn't effect anything. You can still pick your options, but it's kinda hard to see what you are picking with a giant rainbow ball spinning. Not a big deal, but thought i'd mention it.
