Oh well, so much for the broken promises for the converter! Shame for the situation with t_3...
So now I have to pay extra for an upgrade to 2.x plugin for further support? :(

Oh well, so much for the broken promises for the converter! Shame for the situation with t_3...
So now I have to pay extra for an upgrade to 2.x plugin for further support?
Octane 2 was released over 18 months ago, so I think it's reasonable to expect users to update from Octane 1 to Octane 2 for continued support. I am unaware of any commitments made to provide an Octane 1 converter, sorry.

Thank you for the quick reply! I was definitely not expecting such a prompt reply knowing my previous experience on here (see this thread's history).

I was delaying an upgrade for a long time in hopes of the aforementioned converter coming along but now it seems that I won't be using the software anymore, since Octane Standalone is super-solid and currently fulfills all of my rendering needs.

Thank you for clearing the situation up! Let's hope for a bright future for the plugin on here, in case I come back :)
