What is the latest supported C4D version for Octane Render Version 4?

I guess my question was not very accurately formulated.
I own octane 4 and I already downloaded 4.05-R7. Yet installation options stop with version R21.
Is R21 the last supported C4D version?

Yes, when latest v4.05-R7 version has been published, C4D R21 was the most recent version, so there is not a v4 version supporting S22, R23, S24, R25, S26, and R2023.

You need an Annual Extension for 199€, to be able to use any recent version of C4D and OctaneRender:
