Anyone knows if Octane Render for Rhinoceros plug-in works with RTX cards (2080/2080ti?)

All V3.08x and V4 Octane plug-ins (windows) support RTX.

But until then, Cuda performance on Turing is as good or better then any Volta (at least on quadro rtx).
When you support vulkan, will octane take advantage of multiple GPU rt cores over network?
