I am not sure but Bulwerk has 23k cuda cores in 8 gpus and scores 76ms/s, me only 9.6k in 4gpus ;)

OC is mild on stock 1.16 volts 1228 mhz on core.

Then the narrow difference between your hardware setups does not make sense. If Octane scales linearly, there should be at least 100% difference between your rigs, not 4%... Any other thoughts on why this could be?

I set path term power to 1 - this may be the reason.
