- please add UNDO to the "Octane Settings". For example to the "White Point" Color Picker

- I also notice a "lack" (waiting time), when I add a ImageTexture Node to a Material, until I can choose a Bitmap, or work on. (since 3.05.3)

Hi!

I have some problems wite the material preview.
I don't know if it is a problem of my computer or octane render... it is very slow in the material preview creation and in the viewport the textured objects become transparent!

Thanks
Stefano

1-It's not possible right now.
2-What do you mean? It should be at same speed for first time and faster for next.

Hi aoktar

first time it takes almost 3 minutes and C4D freezes for that time. BUT: I figured out, it takes so long time when I do it in the Material AttributeManager. It's much faster in Node Editor!

Like a joke! What are you using to freeze that soo long? Nothing should be longer than milliseconds

iMac - OSX 10.11.6
4GHz i7 - 24 GB RAM
2x GTI 980 Ti on eGPU Thunderbolt Bizon BOX
C4D R17.055

Maybe it's a problem of the eGPU?

Thank you
Stefano

I found the reason: I had in the C4D preverences all Harddrives. Ctrl+E > Files > Texturepath

thanks aoktar :-)
