Building a Cool Box for multi-GPU-PC's [in function]

Eagerly awaiting your analyses of the pro and cons of the variables.
Because I have 180+ GPU processers in 16 tweaked/multiOS systems - Character limit prevents detailed stats.
In another thread I have posted some different test results:

In that test a 6-8% performance gain was reached by changing ambient temp with the AC on (with closed Coolbox).
This is much more then the previous result (+1,5%) here above in this thread (test on master).
I think that is due to the fact that today is a warm day and the temps reached 26C inside the Coolbox when rendering, before having the AC on.
Probably the ambient temp was lower doing the prior test.. too bad I did not note the ambient temp back then.
