For the liveDB Under the USER we should have a way to add a custom folder outside of the current "\prefs\liveDB\USER\Folder"
I would like to add a network location that I can archive and sort materials and anyone on my network can "share" materials from the same folder on the network.

it's a features which can implement in Octane Render. Not for plugin.winkelmm wrote:One thing that I would love is to be able to change the shape of the lens aperature to different shapes or at least some control over points or how round it is. Obviously I have no clue how hard this would be to implement.
Absolutely love v2, amazing work sir!!!

Here's my wishlist for the C4D plugin. I have been waiting for some of these since 0.34 version
1. Warnings (for RenderPerfect checkbox or when running low on GPU RAM for example)
2. Keyboard shortcuts support (for most Octane Dialog options and Live Viewer navigation keys)
3. UI icons redesign!
Finally upgraded to v2 and it's looking great. Nice work Ahmet.
Regards
Milan

One wish for today.
I wish we could have blending modes in mixers. Such a basic thing and so much fun.

Hi guys,
next version will have speed and quality improvement for native shader usage. Also displacement looks much better on sdk 2.03 than it's as. I just wanted to share.

By activating the c4d interactive render by mistake --> C4d crashes (on mac).
To avoid these behavior, a automatic prevention for this problem would be very nice !
Automatic disabling of IRR by activating octane in the render settings.

Thomas

Hi,
Would be nice to exclude some materials like glass, water etc.. when Clay render mode is on.

Cinemas visible/volumetric lights would be great, if possible at all.
X-Particles materials or an own Octane Particles Material (for XP) would be *very* great
You mentioned that there is something in work realted to XP?
Fluids are a standalone core thing, right?
Region Render is not working right here, the drawn frame isn't the rendered frame.
