Yes, already did it. Last night I had some ads for a product release that needed rendering, and Octane 2 still does the job. I hope OTOY will resolve this soon. Poser 11's new PBR has been plagued with an incompatibility with nVidia's GeForce drivers that cause Windows to crash into BSOD, and SMS is asking us to disable Branched Path Tracing when GPU rendering, which makes Superfly/Cycles 10X slower, so it's better to render with CPU instead. It's slow in either cases. Neither SMS nor nVidia have resolved this issue in over half a year. Should be easier to fix DRM issues, though.OK - I suggest reverting back to 2.25 for the moment until Otoy can work out the issue.

Yes, a chance - can you pls test it?Any chance this could stop the Poser crashing when checking credentials online?
I have talked with OTOY last Friday, and I think we have figured out what's causing the crashes by examining the crash dump. There might be a solution coming up somewhere this week. In the meanwhile, Octane 2 still works fine with the same authentications credentials.haruchai wrote:Hi,
Same issue as Ken1711. I eagerly updated to version 3 at release and have tried every plugin release since and none of them have worked. Standalone installs and works fine. Poser plugin crashes Poser Pro 2014 whenever I try to start the plugin with the authentication error.
Hoping this gets sorted soon.
The Daz Studio plugin crashes Daz as well but I will post in that forum about that one
