Definitely feels like the pace of development has slowed down... maybe we just got spoiled with how fast octane was being developed in the past, but it's kind of shocking there hasn't been an update to this in four months.

It's a special period because a lot of changes in the table. Apple architecture changes and external tools.

Ciao everyone,

When could we get that XB0 or xb1 for c4d studio subscription, i don't really understand this limitation.
Id love to play with the new caustics engine and evrything new in 2022 and even make content you could use as a demo.

There's not any limitation but having limitation of using resources I believe. 2022 version is different any other major versions changes. Lot of big structural changes on the table, probably subscription missed because of some tech problems. You'll have it with XB1, even a Mac M1 versions.

Can we expect updated version soon ? There is many great improvements. If many users will use this version we can find some potencial issues faster and make it better.

Whole progress is pretty heavy here. I have plugin related improvements else of SDK based things and more. Don't suppose we sleep or play, just taking much time while fighting with improvements and new problems.
