OctaneRender™ 2020.1 RC4 [superseded by 2020.1]

I think it's something with the latest Win 10 update, but operating windows context menus from within Octane are really slow now.
As an example, if I "Choose new Image File" on a mesh's RGB image slot, it then opens up the Win 10 browser window to select the image.
But if I right-click an image in that folder, say, and then using the context menu select "Open with", it loads and loads and loads really slow in circles like it's "not responding", and then eventually it loads.

But I am remembering pre-April 1909 update that this wasn't moving slow. Like a week or so ago...

And, as contrast now, if I perform the same right click operation on the image texture, but just in Windows itself, and not from within Octane, it does it quite fast, an I can "Open With" etc quite fast in the context menu.
I think something in April Win 10 1909 update slowed the Octane file-folder operation down.

I'm unable to reproduce this, and I'm also running an up-to-date Windows 10 1909. I have seen a slowdown like this before, and it was due to software I had installed being slow to populate the menu (in that case it was the Google Drive desktop client). The only thing I can suggest is to check whether there are any different items that appear in the slow menu compared to the fast menu - if there are they might be associated with programs causing the slowdown. In any case, I don't think this would have anything to do with Octane - are you able to check whether you have a similar problem in open file dialogs in other applications?

Trying to download your video but seems that might take a while, could you describe what the problem is and how you got to reproduce it? Also note this version has been deprecated by a the 2020.1 release.

In the meantime please make sure you follow the instructions in the documentation and all versions are the same on both master and slave nodes:

Right click on the gray part with the purple bar and then you can add items in the Node Graph Editor (NGE)
You literally can add a Render Target and then drag a line from the bottom of the OBJ 'node' int the Geometry connection on the Render Target. Then you double click on the Render Target to isolate it in the menu, and operate its options.
The double click also initiates the render of that Render Target.

It seems stupid, cumbersome, and not intuitive, I know....but you will soon love it, it opens a ton of flexibility that other applications do not have. To me its one of the better, if not best, 'node' workflows.
For example, you can set up 2 render targets and make one with daylight lights, and the other with a night look. Then you can click on one, then click on the other to compare the 2 resulting renders quickly without having to reset the whole thing. You can constantly do stuff like that.

Yes, you misunderstood me. Before starting Cinema, befot master-slave story.
1. I installed the application Enterprice 2020.1 Slave on computer
2. I started Install_raemon.bat and executed all procedures needed
3. I start "Start Octane 2020.1 RC4 Daemon" and nothing happen
The console window appears for a moment and then disappears. Daemon not runs.

Did you get the chance to check the Windows task manager to confirm the daemon is not running? It usually creates a window that stays in the background. Also make sure the firewall rules are properly set to allow access to the local network.

Yes, the application is not running in the background. Task Manager does not show it. I previously used slave node and everything worked well. I checked this problem of two more friends and slave node also do not work for them.I think the problemrelated with the latest release update. Check it on your side please.

I have four 2020.1 Slave running here, on both Mac Win and Linux, and previously they have RC4, without any issue:

Are you able to render with Standalone 2020.1 on those machines?
Which kind of Nvidia driver is installed?
You need at least a version greater than 435.80. I’m currently using Studio 442.19.
