Reading reviews I am pretty sure I'll watercool titan X at at least 1.4ghz (8 of them in TX10...)

That is a good price compared to the Titan Black...with 25% more performance

Guys! check this out!!!
& now, Ladies & Gentlemen - EK waterBlocks just anounced their waterblocks!
"bit" curious how X is going to swim! =)))

I don't understand these comparisons...
If I had one Titan X I would compare it with just one Titan, why add a second gpu?
Does Titan X just doubles the speed of the GTX580?

quad Titan Kepler 6GB + quad Titan X Pascal 12GB + quad GTX1080 8GB + dual GTX1080Ti 11GB
The question is... Can you stick quad TitanX on air to each other without a slot space like 580classified?
Or do you need slot space between them? If so, TitanZ is still the max, aurely for bottom slot card.

Yes it seems TitanX is lit bit faster than two 580s.. (though it's a question how precise this data is..)
These comparisos are for all rigs & configurations - to show scaling =) 100 if base performance of 680..
in case of 4x TitanX.. I Guess watercooling makes sense =) & You might be able to get more performance out of Your rig =)
12GB of vRAM is going to be the selling point for quite some..-unlike in a case of TitanZ where it not 12 but 2x6GB =)
I think it will be possible - nVidia is selling it's own box with 4x cardsThe question is... Can you stick quad TitanX on air to each other without a slot space like 580classified?

Digits devbox (the question how much performance You are loosing =)
Tom, thanks for sharing. EK just in time! The Black plain water-block with the black backplate makes X much much faster than 127 score.
Bear in mind what Marcus said - 127 score is on air and stock settings, and if we take into account that it goes at 1000mhz, 1090mhz boost, and 7000mhz memory - while first tests report 1.4ghz, 8ghz memory (and this is still on air!) - this simply means that X can go at
127*(1.4/1.09) = 163
So in four Titan X watercooled setup (or air cooled with extra space on raisers, or Tyan that Tutor has) we should score something around 600. Compared to GTX 580 (score around 65) Titan X should render 2.5 times faster than 580.

All my gpu workstations are air cooled.
I don't see the problem.
The Silverstone TJ11 is the best case where to fit 4 gpus because the air ventilation is vertical.
Also I use custom curve to pump the fans speed.
In 4 years of hard work, 24/7 gpu computing, I have broken 3 GTX580s, fortunately I had some spare of them.
My 4xGTX680s and 4xTitans work for 2-3 years without any problem. Teslas are more reliable.
It's time to replace my 580s, same case, same processors, same system. That's why I love gpu computing.
