In addition, is it possible to get a distance or camera culling for scatter? Would come in very handy especially given GPU memory restrictions

Hi
Since updating to El Capitan and test 5.2 the Node Editor doesn't work (maybe its coincidental and not related to OSX?). It also doesn't work when reverting to a previous version of Octane. Here are the problems:

- Doesn't update to show currently selected material (and won't refresh)
- Sometimes does not show anything at all
- Issues with nodes becoming 'orphaned' or unresponsive
- Right-click contextual menu no longer works at all (so cannot delete nodes).
- Dragging a new node from the left menu fails to add a node. Repeating action results in two of the same node.

Problems are generally worse when the window is docked. Undocking causes corruption of the display of the Node Editor:

It seems that C4d (r17) crashes when there are c4d materials with normalizer shader or a simple normal map inside.

Hello Aoktar,

How many of the WIP implementations from your first post will remain as part of the final stable release of Version 2.X?

What do you mean exactly? Are we talking to make a new stable release? I'm going to make this as stable. I think that's very stable for common usages else of brand new addons.

I can't see any crashes like you say. Can you give me sample scene with textures which can reproduce crashes?
