Beta 2 Crashes at startup

the only thing i can say is try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest drivers available.
there really is'nt much we can do at all about driver related issues.

Yes, i reinstalled two time cuda drivers and octane beta but nothing change...............

They're the drivers I have installed, Octane doesn't work with them.
I guess we have to wait for Nvidia, have you contacted them ?
This could be a real problem for GPU rendering.

Hi,

The problem here is only for a small handfull of people.
we've hundreds of other customers who are running beta2 on a variety of versions of windows and other os'es without any issues.

i think the issue here is unpropper uninstallation/reinstallation or some registry settings that are messed up.

some people have reported the same issue but fixed it by cleaning up all drivers with sweeper tools, then reinstalling them.

I have used the sweeper tool.
Once my machine stops rendering I'll have another go.

I have the same problem after the installation of Microsoft Visual C# Express 2010. If i switch to Vista compatibility mode works ok....

win7 64+demo 64 = crash at startup.
