It's quite apparent that the problems introduced with the latest drivers come from nVidia's RTX, DLSS and/or NGX technology.
What I don't understand is, since Octane is using some if not all of these technology, how can they "break" Octane with a driver update?

According to the feedback we had from NVidia there should be a new driver fixing the issue with the 418.x series sometime this week.mjunchoi wrote:hello, can you give any ETA on a fix?

I actually experienced once GPU failure for the octane 4.02 with the driver 417.71, though only once, and after restart it is fine. the workstation contains 4 RTX2080ti
