I had the same problem - Render Target error [edit]

The solution is here:
https://docs.otoy.com/?manual=manuals/p ... de%20graph

You just click on the node editor button in the Octane shelf - and it appears to create the missing node and works on my fast 1080 card.

Sorry. I only got Octane working just hours ago with gtx 1080 card. Prob re-install standalone + plugin to see if that helps.

Hi Kai,

Please any update would be good to have a version better and more complete then this one!
(at least support older scenes to test).

Best,
JO

Hi,

The major refactoring of the Maya plugin codebase is still in progress as of now. To help get users that are on the latest version of Maya, and/or looking to put their Pascal GPUs to work, the V2 builds have be updated with support for Maya 2016.5 and 2017. Within next week, support for Pascal GPUs will also be added to the V2 standalone, with the V2 plugins subsequently updated. Hopefully, this will provide improvements to users looking to advance their production output.

There is quite a lot of progressions being made on the development side. I will gauge final opinions from the rest of the team, before updating with what users can expect in the near future. Any specific questions, please let me know.

Cheers,
Azen

That's great news, Thanks. But don't forget to release a stable v3 soon.
