Yes please - RayTracey, whoever... what is the absolute deadline? Please let us know asap. Is it midnight NZ time Monday night?.. midnight NZ time Tuesday night?
I have had a couple unfortunate setbacks and need every minute available... I'm not sure I am going to make it across the finish line in time, but I am certainly going to try.

One more thing: in order to declare the winner, we need to verify if the file size and rendertime of the scenes meets the competition rules. Could all participants to the competition email their scene to [email protected] (subject "OctaneBench competition entry") by 1 October midnight CET?
Cheers

I checked all my email accounts and NO ONE can handle file sizes of 60MB!!!RayTracey wrote:One more thing: in order to declare the winner, we need to verify if the file size and rendertime of the scenes meets the competition rules. as far as I know there is no such auto functions, so You better start packing =psuvakas wrote:I don't use standalone version very offten.
Can Octane auto-collect all the resources my scene uses (models, materials, textures)? Smth like "pack a scene" ?
Or do I have to do it manually?

Dropbox or something similar. I had the same problem - gmail couldn’t handle 15 megs big .zip, dunno why reallyPeterLux wrote:So what are we going to to about this?

The Dropbox crossed my mind too, and would be ok for me. But I think there has to be a solution that works without compeling the participants to creat some kind of account elsewhere :-/
