Which nodes for example? All nodes should be draggable, can you show me some example? I didn't understand what you show in the videoSSmolak wrote:Unfortunately this stopped to work from some time. Every nodes. They stopped to trigger C4D attribute manager to show Octane nodes. They visible only inside Octane node window but without caption to drag.aoktar wrote: Which nodes for example? All nodes should be draggable, can you show me some example? I didn't understand what you show in the video

I don't know What you are trying to do. It will not display the nodes in manager if you disabled the "Edit Controls".SSmolak wrote:Unfortunately this stopped to work from some time. This is why I tried to disable and enable edit controls again and still no nodes in manager.aoktar wrote:I don't know What you are trying to do. It will not display the nodes in manager if you disabled the "Edit Controls".

I cannot follow your flooding posts. Please send PM to support team for your similar issues. I'll investigate if they cannot solve/help it. Otherwise other's posts will be lost.SSmolak wrote:This is why I tried to disable and enable edit controls again and still no nodes in manager.aoktar wrote:I don't know What you are trying to do. As stated above, you can drag any Octane attribute that is displayed in the Attributes panel by dragging the attribute name directly into the panel itself. Only the primary node container will appear in the Xpresso editor; you will need to drag in the individual attributes themselves into the attribute container to the appropriate port (input or output).
You can also add additional attributes by left-clicking on the port area (red or blue) and choosing the attribute from the drop down menu that appears. Once you have done so, the appropriate attribute will appear in either the right or left side of the attribute node.

Ok I found solution but I think that it works different than before now. Node doesn't show in C4D Manager until I click for its icon preview also I must drag node preview icon or its window name from manager to xpresso.
I'm sorry for flooding.
In that way any node can be dragged to Xpresso.I'm sorry for flooding.

Do you mind doing a quick screen capture of that and posting?

Please see video in previous post.jayroth2020 wrote:Do you mind doing a quick screen capture of that and posting?
Generally I mean that every node even Transform from deep nodes hierarchy can be moved to Xpresso from C4D Attribute Manager window and from "Edit Controls" window from Octane node editor using these squared node previews and little image icons :
It works even for very deep hierarchy and special nodes like OSL so no need to use xpresso set driver and creating temporary xpresso tag, copy-paste

@SSMolak, can you please file a ticket [email protected] — that behavior in the video is not occurring for me. There is a diagnostic tool I would like you to try, just to insure that you have Octane properly installed and that there isn't something interfering with your experience.
