Well maybe in future when the animation features would be added, I'll try to rigg my robot and make something more than just a turntable animation :) Just need some more determination for it ;)

Very nice guitar !

Well, some more images after a crash and a bad problem : I have completely lost the camera horizontality while adjusting its parameters, and I have had to switch off Octane, loosing the scene... So, no more for tonight.

The first image has been rendered with the new 0.8.1a. Very good behaviour of this release and great improvements of the UI ! Thanks ! Other images with 0.8a.

Modelled in Blender as usually. All paintings and drawing in frames are made by me.

Sad day lighting for the second image, and sunny day for the others. Lit by a low res LDR jpg image made with a gradient of blue to orange.

I have decreased the size of the textures in order to add some more, and to keep a memory load margin.

2048 samples per pixel - Pathtracing : all renders around 30-35 minutes - 1 126 051 triangles - 240.6/511 MB Memory used.

Few fireflies removed by hand with a one pixel clone pencil. No other treatment.

Genus Type-R radio, modelled in ProE Wildfire2 by myself. Design care of Therefore Ltd.
This radio was designed to be built using fabrication techniques, instead of mouldings; paying homage to older radios.
On the other hand it is a DAB radio and has a capacitive interface...

I decided to play more with the camera response, to get an older, been in the drawer for years look.
Screen is a bit dark. Top graphics would be luminous in reality.

New demo is great, especially the reload image ability and the rotate map.

Ahah ! Thank you Pixym !
Well, I'd wish that they could be real photos, because my own appartment is far from being so large and cosy
A good thing in CGI is that you haven't to move heavy furnitures to change the wallpaper or varnish the flooring !
