Any updates on the next release?
I am trying to get a release out today. Sorry for the delay - I have been tied up on Rhino6 issues.
Tried to install the plug in for a fresh installed Rhino 6 (latest version).
Tried the two last plug in versions, same error
This issue has been reported before, and I think the resolution was to re-install Rhino6.

Thanks

I have updated the TEST build installers at the top of this thread with:

3.08.0.89
- Compiled with Octane 3.08 RC4
- Fixed Rhino6 issue where the Lock Viewport button was not working correctly
* The plugin is still not correctly displaying the Octane material properties with Rhino6 on 4k montiors. I am working with McNeel to address this problem

Thanks

Hi Paul,
is there a way to import multiple ORBX-Materials at once?
In C4D it is possible to select multiple materials in the localDV but in Rhino it seems that it is only possible one by one.
Any ideas?
Cheers
Nando

Is it me or does the Octane viewport feel abit sluggish. I know when the scene is heavy it will start to have delays.

But even with a simple cube, when turning around it, there's a few seconds delay before it renders again.

Not a big problem but when It doesn't happen in the standalone or c4d there might be some sort of a bug?

The Viewport is only updated when Rhino fires an "Idle" event, so when turning a camera, this will only happen once there is a slight pause in the rotating of that camera. I think this is a as good as can be with Rhino5. However with Rhino6 there is a new ChangeQueue, which may allow more rapid updating of the viewport, and it is something I am investigating at the moment.
