Hello, after purchasing the OC renderer, I received a discount code. The instructions indicated that the discount code could only be applied after the subscription expired. However, now that my subscription has expired, clicking 'renew' in my account does not redirect me to the renewal page and instead takes me directly to the homepage. Even after creating a new account, I still cannot find where to enter the discount code.

I was having the same issue and emailed Greyscale Gorilla about it, I assume that's the one you mean. My sub too had expired but I couldn't create a new one. They replied that the issue was fixed and I was able to subscribe. When you do it you have to remove their Cyber discount. Then on the next page at the top, small text, there's an option to add a discount and you can put the OTOY one there.
