OctaneRender™ 2019.1.3
I know we mentioned a lot.
Please otoy redo your fog. It looks so flat and fake. It has no depth. Please add an option no fog zone so many meters from camera. Please dont ignore this problem
You can only see thick fog far away when you have too much fog but no way to have nice foggy background and clear foreground. How hard is it to add no fog zone with a certain radius from camera?

Put a simple plane in front of camera, normals facing camera, with universal material like in the screenshot.

Slave render network
Since I have installed 2019.1.3 on C4D R21 (windows 10 pro)
C4d plugin
Standalone
Slave render
I am not getting any GPUs within our office showing up on the OctaneRender network preferences
I would always see some (even if not compatible builds), but now the window is blank.
Any advice?
Thanks
Chris

I had similar issue. 2018 was working on a network but 2019 not. I had to reset Windows Firewall settings to defaults to make it work.wolffolins wrote:Slave render network

Hello,
are there any news about the perpetual pricing and upgrade options for Octane 2019 that have been announced some time ago?
Cheers
