From what I have read on these fora, it sounds like it ia case of one license per machine, don't take my word, Radiance will be able to tell you for sure what is what.

How long do I have to wait once I've sent my forum name and Machine ID to get my Activation Key?
I've sent my Machine ID and received an email in about an hour later that asked me for my forum name, to which I replied with my forum name about an hour and a half ago and I haven't received any reply yet.
