We need to update installer for F3, which we are doing now; until then F2 is the version you should use for testing.Izaaner wrote:I tried to install the exe on the top of the page with f3 installed and it says "No Compatible Unity installations were found". I have Unity installed on another drive so I assume it is that but I was wondering if there is f3 support.
Wow, thank you for the prompt reply, I thought that was it and am installing f2 now. Thank you! I am hoping I have/can get a code for beta, I have been very excited to try this!Goldorak wrote:We need to update installer for F3, which we are doing now; until then F2 is the version you should use for testing.Izaaner wrote:I tried to install the exe on the top of the page with f3 installed and it says "No Compatible Unity installations were found". I have a standalone Octane licence but also use Unity.
I guess my OctaneVR licence expired long ago.
It would be great to get started with Octane in Unity if there is an OVR licence available?

I haven't had any problems with it, although I haven't done much with it yet, still learning.Goldorak wrote:Is Unity editor stable on Linux?grimm wrote:Yep, I'm that guy, any news for a Linux version?

Any chance for Mac OS version, so I could help with testing?

I am not sure what ORC is. I got Octane standalone + blender V3. I am still unable to test the beta version.Goldorak wrote:Right now it's the easiest way to support testing - but in final release it will be free to everyone.
If you have ever used ORC, you already have a free OVR license for a year to go with that. We'll add a 30 day OVR license for up to 100 permanent users (without ORC/OVR) who want to do testing and provide feedback on this forum - starting with you!
