making of maps input for Quixel suite

hi, they gave me an ealmail adress to register the beta v2 suite but it's totally impossible to register even in administrator rights and firewall disabled."server connection time out". do you have an ideao for that ?

another thing, i made my first perso trial with a mesh and color ID map etc, the problem is on the picture bellow...
the texture in very smal and not applied to my mesh.
I don't understand.

Can't help with registering issue..

For the other issue, me thinks you should check the basics of your chosen 3D software, namely c4d.
