Render out a black/white image from the object you want to blur with your 3d app and use that as a mask in photoshop or wherever.
You can also render out a motion vector pass with your 3d app and use a compositing software...

Nice:) I just started modeling my scene for competition so hopefully I'll finish it just in time and render it with new cool release of octane. Yeah!

French Blender user - CPU : intel Quad QX9650 at 3GHz - 8GB of RAM - Windows 7 Pro 64 bits. Display GPU : GeForce GTX 480 (2 Samsung 2443BW-1920x1600 monitors). External GPUs : two EVGA GTX 580 3GB in a Cubix GPU-Xpander Pro 2. NVidia Driver : 368.22.
if you can pls implement scale option for render viewport so we can scale image to 25%/50% and so on if image is larger then viewport.

Hey Radiance, as you said 3.2 cuda is not going to take advantage of the multigpu, bu8t my question is, Is there any possitive side, along with the fact that will use all gtx460 cores, that will make cuda 3.2 version of octane any better than 3.0?Thanx

EDIT
One should hold ctrl instead of alt when scrolling over viewport to scale it.

But sadly I have to go with the cuda 3.0 release for version 2.4
But hey, 4-6 extra weeks for adding Multi GPU support on all available cores? (672 cores for double GTX460). I will wait & count on you guys! Go on!
Two more wishes for the 2.5:
- merging multiple obj´s directly in octane would be great. For example, if you want to add an additional tree to an exterior without exporting the whole scene again.
- Object axis with simple move/scale/rotate modes. Sometimes I need to move a tree just a few meters around, would be great to perform this simple task directly in octane.
