Feature requests in the Maya plugin

I would really like to have the option to output the passes to separate directories.
It would also be very nice if the pass-name was not at the end but before the framenumber in the filename. That would save me the agony of sorting and renaming the rendered sequences again and again.

Did you try the most recent version. This was fixed in 7.23.

That is for the framenumber being at the end to make some compositing software more happy with file sequences for now.
Saving in subfolders is possible with using a filename prefix like here:

Hmm, I actually went through that therenderblog tutorial that they've based their work on and got a basic viewport render region working. Might be cool to try and make it work with Octane as well...
