For all who want to know what they need in terms of licenses to run the 2.x plugin:
You need both a 2.x standalone and 2.x maya plugin license.
To upgrade your licenses go to this page: http://render.otoy.com/account/upgrade_license.php
If in the past you have upgraded a standalone license without upgrading a plugin at the same time (because the maya 2.x plugin wasn't out yet), you should have a voucher for a free plugin upgrade attached to your account.
The upgrade page should tell you about this voucher at the bottom of the page.
Just note that you only get one free upgrade per standalone you upgrade. (This effects those with more plugin licenses than standalone licenses).
