Hi Perro,

I have checked the logs, everything seems to be OK.
Please make sure that she has a recent Flash Player for Internet Explorer (not Chrome or Firefox).
To make sure that Flash Player is installed please open http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ and select Win 7 + Flash Player 14 for Internet Explorer. That should solve the problem. If not, please report back.
