My PSU is 1350W enermax, GPUs: 2 x gtx580 3GB watercooled - temp. 28 idle - 60 at full load, CPU i7 2600k - temp 30-45, 16 GB ram at 1333 mhz.
As I said - 285 nvidia driver and physx set to CPU solves my problem for now. So I doubt that my PSU has anything to do with it.
