I have get my new PC with a brand new MSI Aero GTX 1080 TI today.
I will give V4 a serious try… asap.

Octane 4 >> IS << / was here already in March 2018, but I can't help but wonder "where is it??"
Is there an official ETA, because I can't find one..?
We have invested in two SA lic since v1 and countless plugins since v1, hence I do expect things to move forward.
...but the pace at which otoy is moving forward is excruciating...
We also own two Redshift licenses and the rate of development is as promising as the fast rendering speeds. ( much faster and easier to set up than Octane of course ..)
Sometimes we are three versions behind simply because we don't expect the developers to be that swift.

Why is Otoy announcing that "Octane 4 is here" ...if it still seems so far away?
Why don't you hire this Kozlov guy again? everything seemed normal when he was on board.

..rant over..

So is the v4 available to users with subscription plan or only standalone versions? I bought a subscribtion and cant seem to find the download for v4

Hi Michael,
Since those are test versions, you cannot find them in the classic Downloads section., but you can find the experimental builds of Standalone in the Development Build Releases, here is the direct link to the latest 4XB4 version:

And you can find the experimental builds of plugins in the proper section of the Otoy forum, for example, here is the latest v4 c4doctane version:

I was curious if there was any ETA time update on the launch date of the new Subscription Tiers?? Really been waiting on that so hopefully it is coming soon

Has there been an update on the free version of v4? Just really excited to try it with the new RTX gpu's. All the links that come up on my searches lead to no access since I am not a previous user.
