It happens in every scene here in c4d 2023.1.3 after clearing all settings and everything. LV is fine.
Even with a single cube, the viewport rendering is like doing it in quantisation or something. Its lagging.
Might be drivers?

Suggest adding language support to better accommodate users outside of English speaking regions, such as Chinese
Is there chance to add possibility to convert existing materials to Standard Surface without the need of rebuild them ? I mean that there are missing options :

Octane Scatter distribution colors ( display tab ) completely doesn't work ! It is very important feature. Why it was removed ?
I can't setup proper distribution patterns without it.

You cannot find the option here because all materials are a subset of Octane material but not Standard Surface.
