Dan, I think staying with Alpha 6 would be the best option at the moment. Alpha 6 appears to be more stable that Alpha 8.

Hi Paul,

stable is definitely a good option....
Especially when I'm using the Alpha Builds for my daily work! (probably not recommended practice but all of the builds to date have been rock solid)

Hi Dan - there are still a few issues with Alpha 9, so I would prefer to wait until Alpha 10 before releasing an ArchiCAD build.

I have refreshed the installers at the top of this thread with:

3.0.10.60
- Compiled with Octane 3 alpha 10 (3.0.10). This means that Render Region is working again.
- Username and password is now not entered or stored in the authentication panel.
- The new Animation settings in the Settings tab are not used by the plugin.
- Visible Environment pin added to the Rendertarget

Hi Paul,

how's the Beta 1 release looking, suitable for an AC plug-in release?
Are you expecting the ArchiCAD plug-in to be released on the official Octane 3.0 release date? Do you know how much longer after the official release we'll be able to keep using the Beat with our 2.xx licences?
