Hi,

The process is the same as for past year.

You need to cancel the auto renewal and buy a new BF license and use the "append" function when purchasing a new license, which will ask you if you want to merge new purchase with an existing license.

Note that you have till January 31, 2026 to redeem GSG offer while Kitbash kits have to be redeemed by December 31, 2025!

Thank you Beppe for your assistance, just purchased the subscription for another year and appended it to the existing one.

Just a question, when you say i need to cancel auto-renewal, by that you mean Octane´s auto-renewal, or GG? Cause i canceled GG, as i said in my previous post, not Octane though...When i look at my invoices, i see the current one (red) and newly purchased one (green) and both have cancel auto-renewal button - am i supposed to use it? I mean, if i would not do it, would it try to auto-renew itself on the anniversary of the "Date Paid" (4th december) despite the fact i just "manually" subscribed to another year, in other words i could then end-up paying basically twice?

EDIT: As i was typing this, i got email saying my (yearly) subscription cancellation has been processed - despite me not pressing the cancel auto-renewal button. So i presume the process is automatic and cancelled the auto-renewal as result of my purchase...amirite?

Hi Beppe. Is there a delay on other things too? So far I only see GSG, Kitbash, World Creator, Found Pro.

Updated: I forgot that some simply appear as downloads under Applications. And it looks like they automatically credited my RNDR credits. So I think I'm just missing the World Labs license.

Hello, after purchasing the OC renderer, I received a discount code. The instructions indicated that the discount code could only be applied after the subscription expired. However, now that my subscription has expired, clicking 'renew' in my account does not redirect me to the renewal page and instead takes me directly to the homepage. Even after creating a new account, I still cannot find where to enter the discount code.
